Is advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) included?
No — ad management is optional and billed separately based on your goals and advertising budget. You can start with just the website and CRM, and add ads when you're ready.
What’s the difference between the Starter, Growth, and Accelerator plans?
• Starter is for businesses just getting online. It includes a 2 to 5 page website and lead tracking, but no automation.
• Growth adds a custom website, booking calendar, and automated follow-ups via email and WhatsApp.
• Accelerator includes full automation workflows, advanced CRM features, and optional AI-powered tools to help you scale faster.
Do I have to use the mobile app?
You don’t have to. But it’s a powerful tool. You can use the app to track new leads, respond to clients, and receive all customer messages in a unified inbox.
Is WhatsApp follow-up available on all plans?
WhatsApp automation is available only on the Growth and Accelerator plans. The Starter plan gives you access to your leads, but you will follow up with them manually.
Can I make updates to my website myself?
Yes! You’ll be able to log in and update your text, photos, or services any time. No need to hire a developer for small changes.
What happens if I want to upgrade later?
